Satisfaction Guarantee Details

In the unlikely event a conference attendee isn’t fully satisfied with SMX West, they need only submit a 500+ word email detailing their ideas on how to improve future SMX conferences.  In return, they’ll receive full credit to a future SMX event of equal or lesser value.

The offer applies only to paid, full conference attendees. The attendee has to make the guarantee request by emailing his/her suggestions to [email protected] by March 7, 2008. The satisfaction guarantee covers only the registration fee; travel, hotel and other expenses aren’t included.  The conference credit expires after one year, and the offer doesn’t apply based on schedule or presenter changes.  “No shows” aren’t eligible for the guarantee.

Registration for SMX West is open now and the advance, pre-agenda rate is $995 through November 9th.  Registration from November 9th through January 11th will be $1195 and then until February 25th will be $1395.  On-site registration will be $1595.
