Last week, our flagship publication Search Engine Land unveiled the shortlist of finalists in the second annual Landy Awards, which celebrate excellence in search marketing. With nearly 200 submissions from around the world up for consideration in 18 different categories, the exceptional quality of submissions exceeded our expectations.
The Landy Awards judging panel is comprised of members of our Search Engine Land editorial team, plus industry luminaries and association members participating as guest judges. The panel was faced with the difficult task of evaluating incredibly successful search marketing campaigns submitted by leading digital agencies, corporate marketers and individuals.

Winners will be announced during an evening awards ceremony and celebratory gala held on September 28, 2016 at the Edison Ballroom in New York City. The Landy Awards gala will be a formal cocktail reception during the week of our annual SMX East conference, where the search industry gathers for continuing education on best practices in SEO and search advertising.
