The world’s largest internet marketing event series, Search Marketing Expo – SMX, has added Beijing, China to its list of destinations for 2014.

SMX Beijing will take place December 10-11, and will be held at the Beijing Landmark Hotel. The program will focus on important issues and tactics to search marketers in China, both local and international. A number of internationally recognized experts will be speaking and on-hand for networking opportunities.

SMX Beijing will be co-produced by Search Marketing Expo owner Third Door Media and Infoex-World Services Ltd.

Search engine marketing is growing rapidly in China. Paid search advertising revenue increased 40% in 2013, according to iResearch, benefiting from the explosive growth of Internet usage including usage from smartphones. Overall spending is expected to reach 96 billion yuan in 2017, up from less than 40 billion yuan last year.

The SMX conference series provides the latest internet marketing tactics and best practices at 12 events in 9 countries around the world annually.
